Muscular Neck Lift with NAL Technique: real case (age 62)

In this video I present a real facial rejuvenation case in a 62-year-old patient: a muscular neck lift using the NAL technique, a procedure I standardized and published, which repositions the muscle (not just the skin) to redefine the jawline, enhance the malar–zygomatic area, and improve skin quality.

We complete the treatment with lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty (no visible scars and without rounding the eye) and upper blepharoplasty to open the gaze.

What you’ll see

Case assessment: malar–zygomatic deflation and descent, eye bags, and heavy upper eyelids
Rationale for the NAL technique and the benefits of muscle repositioning
Combined plan: NAL lift + skin quality improvement + lower and upper blepharoplasty
Final outcome and key takeaways
