Triangularization for Facial Rejuvenation: Why This Technique is Essential for a Youthful Look

Let’s talk about triangularization of the face. What does it mean? Facial triangularization is a technique that is used to rejuvenate the face, why?
Over time, it is common for the upper part to relax and cause displacement of the superficial fat compartments. This often occurs which leads to the displacement of superficial fat compartments. We have a tendency to have a more square face, so they increase the volumes in the lower part of the face, and so the face from a triangular shape becomes a square shape.

When performing facial rejuvenation, particularly on the third crossing, we must opt for triangularization to achieve optimal results and minimize the signs of aging.
That is, try to reduce these volumes in the lower part of the face, bring them back to their position through what is a vertical facelift.

The vertical lift that you know can be performed and in my hands you have to perform endoscopically, the MIVEL, Minimal Incisions Vertical Endoscopic Lifting, through the endoscopic route the repositioning of this whole part of the face and through sometimes even a small mini jaw lift associated with regeneration to go and redistribute the tissue volumes through regeneration in the correct parts.

Triangularization is crucial for rejuvenating the face, making it a key aspect to consider.
