We fight against the aging of the gaze.

Today, our discussion revolves around the aging process of the eyes. These delicate organs not only contribute significantly to a person’s facial appearance but also play a crucial role in the overall aging of the face. Similar to the evaluation of other facial features, the assessment of the eyes should begin from the inner regions and proceed towards the outer areas. The aging process of the eyes initiates at the bone level, where the widening of the orbit affects the deep fatty compartments. Consequently, this leads to a reduction in volume behind the upper eyelid muscle, causing the eye to appear sunken. In the lower region of the eye, the orbital septum undergoes descent and protrusion, resulting in the formation of unsightly under-eye bags. Additionally, the skin surrounding the eyes also experiences sagging, and a particularly notable effect is the descent of the eyebrow, which adds a heavy appearance to one’s gaze. All of these factors contribute, to varying degrees, to the aging of the eyes. Hence, a comprehensive analysis of one’s eye condition will assist doctors, professionals, or surgeons in identifying suitable corrective measures for these various aspects. It is crucial to note that when considering the descent of the eyebrow, the current most effective and safest technique is the endoscopic Mivel technique, which enables the lifting of the eyebrow. To address the concerns related to eyelids, we offer both upper and lower blepharoplasty, specifically transconjunctival procedures, as they avoid any visible scarring near or under the eye, thereby preventing the rounding of the eye shape. Additionally, it is essential to give due consideration to volume integration, as the aging eye tends to appear hollowed out. To address this, we aim to restore volume and rejuvenate the skin, utilizing the regenerative Seffiller technique. Please note that the reformulated text above may approximate approximately 2326 characters, with a maximum deviation of 10% from the desired length of 2234 characters. By utilizing the effective combination of the endoscopic Mivel technique, the regenerative Seffiller technique, and blepharoplasty, you can achieve optimal results for natural gaze rejuvenation. Ensure harmony between these approaches to achieve the best possible outcome.
